Growing up in the Sacramento metro area, Brad never thought this is where he would plant his roots, but his close ties to the region have enhanced his representation of his clients in Northern California. After graduating from Jesuit High School, he received his B.A. from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and then his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago. Brad returned to Sacramento at the turn of the millennium to begin his practice of law.

Beginning his career in the vicious pits of personal injury litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Brad adjusted his focus in 2004 to his current practice: business law, real estate, commercial litigation and personal injury defense. Since then, he has entitled hundreds of residential lots, negotiated tens of thousands of square feet of commercial real estate space, litigated dozens of commercial and residential real estate cases, and drafted scores of real estate related contracts. He has recovered undisclosed seven figure awards on behalf of his clients, and defended others from millions more. Brad believes that the best posture for resolution is to begin preparing for trial from day one.

Brad represents clients ranging from individuals to large companies, but treats them all with the same level of professionalism and care. The accessibility he provides is unparalleled; if you want his cell phone number, just ask for it. He strives for his clients to view him as their partner sharing a vested interest in their success.

When he’s not in the office, Brad devotes time to various community groups, sitting on several charitable boards and commissions; Brad currently serves as President of the East Sacramento Chamber of Commerce. An avid family man, Brad will be happy to tell you about his two young sons, his two old dogs, and very tolerant wife. Brad also has a plethora of interests from sports, film, fishing, skiing, golf, travel, slow cooking, local vintners, and good beer. Sporting a robust sense of humor, and being an avid film fan, Brad will be sure to impart a few lines of his favorite movies when appropriate…and even when not.
